The Official Gummibär Channel (formerly named GummyBearIntl) is the official and the main YouTube channel of the Gummibär brand hosted on the American video-sharing platform YouTube, spotlighting music videos and events featuring the singing and dancing animated character Gummibär, and formerly new episodes of the Gummibär & Friends television series. The channel was registered on March 26, 2008, and since then has been offering new content from the brand, following the running of its predecessor channel icanrockyourworld, which prominently uploaded the iconic 2-minute music video of the song I Am A Gummy Bear.

With more than 9.6 million subscribers and 8.3 billion views, the content of the channel has consistently achieved widespread use of user-generated content on the YouTube platform, with thousands of results appearing in search results for the name "Gummibär" and are continually changing as new videos are uploaded and existing ones are updated. Additionally, multiple channels were created after the delivery of the first channel, which served as a kind of linked network in which channels upload video content while maintaining the brand's aesthetics.

Before the creation of the channel, the channel used to be previously monitored on icanrockyourworld, where it uploaded multiple videos consisting of various languages of the 2-minute music video of I Am A Gummy Bear in 2007, along with an advertisement promoting the first international studio album at the time I Am Your Gummy Bear, which was scheduled to be released in stores on November 13th. The videos on the channel would significantly increase in views and the song itself would be widely spread across the Internet.

A year later, in 2008, the team that monitored the first channel came to a decision to create a new channel with the entire focus on the brand, as the original channel previously belonged to the record label 4 West Records, where it was used to host music videos for songs that they had distributed.^[1] On March 26, 2008, the channel was registered, starting off with a completely new animated music video at the time Cho Ka Ka O, to eventually also re-upload their previous content from the original channel with several modifications, as well as new languages for the songs released at the time.

In June 2016, the channel was renamed from GummyBearIntl to The Official Gummibär Channel^[2], possibly to distinguish the old name of the company which is an abbreviation to one that is more eye-catching.

On June 24, 2016, the channel introduced a brand new animated television series entitled Gummibär & Friends^[3], in partnership with the Indian animation company Toonz Media Group, where new episodes would also be uploaded regularly every week until August 26, 2022, where the currently last episode of the series was aired.^[4] The series was also promoted on other linked Gummibär-related channels.

On September 23, 2023, the channel introduced a new series titled Gummibär Vault, where it features never before seen footage of Gummibär-related material and the behind the scenes of some music videos. The series started off with an animatic video for the song Bubble Up, which has been received positively among Gummibär fans requesting more unreleased content to be released.^[5] A second installment for the series was released a year later on October 11, 2024 with a set of commercial clips that were featured in the SMAP×SMAP variety show as an advertisement of the creator Christian Schneider appearing on the show. ^[6]
